14 Days Hassle Free Return & Exchange Policy

At Gokda Australia Pty Ltd (“Gokda”, “we”, “us”, “our”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

– The product is unused, in brand new condition, and returned with complete original packaging and accessories.
– The product was purchased directly from Gokda.com.au or through authorised Gokda sales channels.
– The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery to the specified shipping address.

Please contact service@gokda.com.au before sending back any item for detailed instructions. Once the returned item is received and inspected at our designated warehouse, we will proceed with your refund or replacement.

We design our traps to win the war against mosquitoes, but proper placement is key. If you feel the machine isn’t working for you, don’t worry—we’ve got your back.
Simply contact our local support team. We will walk you through a quick site assessment (often just moving the trap 5 meters makes a huge difference!).

Mosquito species also vary by region and environment. Our system is an open platform compatible with most third-party attractants. Before a return is approved for ‘poor performance’, you may be required to test the device with a region-specific booster lure (e.g., Octenol/R-Octenol) to rule out local bait resistance.
Note: While our included food-grade lure works for most, aggressive species in coastal/wetland areas may require may require stronger chemical attractants. If using these, please strictly follow their safety instructions.

Performance refund

We want you to experience the full benefit of the GOKDA system. However, correct placement is critical for the device to be effective.
If you are not satisfied with the results and wish to request a return, the following conditions apply:

Verification Required: Before a return is authorised, you must provide photo evidence showing where and how the device was installed. This confirms that the installation followed our Official User Guide.

Assessment: Our technical team will review your setup. If the installation is correct and the device is confirmed ineffective for your property, we will approve the return.
– Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. This fee covers the cost of industrial sanitisation, testing, and repacking of the used unit.
Condition: The product must be returned with all original accessories.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is identified within 14 days of delivery, we will replace the product free of charge after verification.

Important Notes

– Returns due to change of mind or incorrect purchase cannot be accepted once the product has been opened or used.
– Refunds apply to the product value only; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect.
– For non-quality returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Please include the following information when contacting us:
– Photo of the product
– Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt showing platform and date)
– Description and evidence of the issue (photos or videos if applicable)

Gokda Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return if the above requirements are not met.
If your purchase was made through a third-party retailer or platform, please contact them directly for return or exchange arrangements.



Warranty Policy

All Gokda products purchased from Gokda.com.au or authorised partners are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, warrenty card can be found in the attached package.

Warranty Claim for Quality Issues

If your product experiences a quality-related fault within one (1) year:
– A replacement unit of equal value (may be refurbished) will be provided after verification.
– The replacement product will continue under the same remaining warranty period as the original unit.
– Proof of purchase, product serial number, and evidence (photos or videos) may be required for assessment.

Please contact service@gokda.com.au with the following details:
– 12-digit serial number (bottom of the unit)
– Purchase invoice or receipt
– Detailed description of the problem

Shipping Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:
– Returns not related to a verified defect
– Warranty claims made outside the original country of purchase

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
– Products purchased from unauthorised sellers
– Items without valid proof of purchase
– Lost or stolen items
– Products beyond the warranty period
– Non-quality issues reported after 14 days of delivery
– Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or negligence
– Products disassembled, repaired, or modified by unauthorised parties
– Damage caused by third-party accessories not supplied by Gokda
– Altered or removed serial numbers or factory labels
– Damage due to external factors (fire, flood, natural disasters, etc.)
